Who say Economics is useless in real-life application?
Well, It taught me the value of hoarding information.
Yes, having prefect information flow in the economy is essential in many models we've learnt,
But in reality, hoarding information is Lucrative business.
For example, US real estate companies saw their agent prices and rates falling rapidly in the early 90s. (Thanks to the internet boom) consumers can now compare prices and go for the best deal.
Online retail IS AMAZING. I'm not talking about the shopping, but the availability of all SORTS of pdt I could easily get hold of.
Ok, This is for the girls! Some information I've been hoarding....
